You want everyone you’re working with to be comfortable to come to you with any issues or concerns as they arise. Adapt a open door policy that you can tackle an questions your colleagues might have as soon as they arise.

It’s not easy being a project manager but it can be very rewarding. With these tips and a little bit of practice, you’re well on your way to getting it done.
